J&S Properties and Maintenance Ltd became a company early this year. We are a family run business. We are a married couple with different skill sets and years of experience behind us.
Jack can turn his hand to anything, he is a grafter and completes his work to a high standard. He is particularly gifted in carpentry and enjoys taking on woodwork projects as his first choice. In addition Jack has completed many projects from building sheds to laying a patio. Jack with a team has also taken on extensions and conversions. His knowledge and experience are invaluable to our company.
Samantha has a vast amount of experience and knowledge about letting and managing property. She has managed numerous properties and offers a service to fully manage your property as a HMO (House of Multiple Occupancy) or Short/Long Term Lets. In today's society it can be difficult to find a reliable tenant to respect your property. We offer a tenant find service that not only focuses on financial security but personal character, ensuring that we find the right tenant(s) for your property.
